I cannot send to any domains based on google servers

Hello.
Please help
for several days I have not been able to send messages to any gmail.com servers or domains based on google servers
everything worked better but for 3 days I have been trying to figure out what is the cause
google help is very laconic

I checked everything I could.
neither the server's ip address nor the domain appear on any spamp list

dns's are properly configured. I keep getting messages like this - an excerpt from the logs

You need to check with Google why they rate your sending domain so low, nothing ME can do about that.

Hello,

I just saw this thread. I fought with this quite a few years back, I run a small MailEnable server and provide mail for some of my clients. I spent hours on the phone with a rep from my colocation facility and a GMAIL rep and we literally got nowhere. In my case, GMAIL stated that because I was operating a low volume server that had a neutral reputation, they were allocating SMTP connections so that I would only get X number per day (I forget how many but it was small).

GMAIL had decided I could be a threat because I wasn't clearly NOT a threat, and their solution was to abandon my own mail hosting and move my customers to GMAIL. Nice.

We went through the ringer... SPF, DMARC, my ISP even moved all their whois records to reflect my company for the IP address range. To no avail. The IP was not blacklisted, we do not send any bulk mail from that server. A small trickle of messages go out everyday, but not enough for GMAIL to say we were safe, :roll:

The only way I could solve this and reliably deliver my customers' mail was to relay my outgoing mail via a third party. We were using SPAMTitan in the cloud for inbound filtering, so they gave me outbound relay access. Deliverability has been rock solid for years. Unfortunately it's a not a free solution.

Im not sure if you resolved this but here are a few things you can do to try and remedy this. Google is flagging something with the message or IP. Normally it is not the IP itself.

1. Send a test email with no URLs in the email.
2. try changing the from domain to a new from domain with a test email.

If both those fail then

3. Update your RDNS domain. ie. mail.yourdomain.com) to a new domain. (ie mail.newdomain.com)

That last one more than likely will fix your issue.

If that is the issue, I would look into why it was blocked. they normally dont block RDNS unless there are complaints coming in from your domain and they know blocking the RDNS domain will stop the mail from being delivered.
Setting up SPF and DKIM are important as well and if misconfigured could cause issue but its normally one of the three things I posted.

Lastly if it does fix it, you may want to sign up for google postmaster tools and add your domain there to see what your reputation looks like.

Let me know how that works out.
