Hi there,
I see sometimes in the list of the mailboxes, that the mailbox size that is above the quota. But when I open it, I see a lower number. This can be shown on the below image:
Why is that happening? Which number is correct. I worry about the case that a mailbox has exceeded its usage and I am not aware of that.
My MailEnable is an "Enterprise Plus" version 10.27.

The first step would be to upgrade to the latest version 10.36 to eliminate any issues that have been addressed in this area. If the problem continues then let us know.
