Wondering if somebody at MailEnable can tell me what file names formatted like this means?

Just upgraded to Windows 2019 in a 3 server cluster and I'm seeing an issue with files getting orphaned once they get that "_" in front of the filename in the inbound/messages folder.
If I only run MTA on one server the occurrences are fewer but still happen.
I've gone through all the cluster related docs and applied all the recommended registry tweaks.
MAI Filename explanation?

Re: MAI Filename explanation?
It does appear that the messages are being delivered as expected. Just looking for the reason the files are getting orphaned...

Re: MAI Filename explanation?
Anybody there at MailEnable...?
Locally delivered messages seem to be getting delivered but just came across one that was supposed to be delivered outside and it got orphaned
A hint as to what might cause that renaming and maybe I can tweak something to prevent the issue.,...

Hi,
The best way forward here is to lodge a support ticket. When troubleshooting clustered configurations we really need access to the relevant log files and access to the servers in the cluster so we can trace through.
