I recently discovered the MailEnable Statistics. After having turned on the W3 logs for some time now, I wanted to look at some statistics reports. But it is all completely empty with just a flat blue line at the 0.
No matter which report I choose, it's all empty. SMTP Data Sent, Received, Total, Messages Sent or Received. Same for IMAP, HTTPMail and MTA. The only one where I do see some statistics is the POP Protocol, where I had the W3 logs on earlier. But then those have stopped working since I turned on the other log files. But the log files are still in the folder.
Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Re: Statistics showing nothing
Hi,
Best way forward would be to lodge a support ticket and provide access to the server via RDP or TeamViewer so that a technician can login and troubleshoot in more detail. In the interim there is option to enable the Statistics logging. This can be enabled within the statistics utility within the "Tools > Options > Logging tab. Enable the logging and then emulate the report and check the log file for any errors.
