Hi ME Team,
Any idea why and how this happen in 1 single transaction mail ? First RCPT show "Requires PTR" while 2nd RCPT show "Okay".
UserA didn't receive the mail while UserB received the mail.

Re: 1 RCPT "requires PRT" and another RCPT "mail action okay" in same transaction
Hi,
Looks like the second recipient mailbox may have whitelisted the sending domain or sender address. Check the associated SMTP debug log file for more clues. We have emulated the same scenario on our end and it works for the second RCPT to.

Hi Ian,
Thanks for the prompt reply. Weird thing is both userA and userB are from same domain name/postoffice.
I've check their mailbox level setting, dont have anything different from each other. All setting are done on postoffice level.
02/17/22 16:54:36 ME-E0114: [11560] Recipient Denied: (IP) has no PTR. Result 9501. <- i assume this is the log for userA
02/17/22 16:54:36 ME-I0101: [11560] Local Delivery: Address ([SMTP:userB@receiverdomain.com]) is local. <- userB show success

Hi,
Can you log a support ticket under the category of "Upgrade" and provide full copies of the SMTP activity and debug log files for that date/time of your tests.
