Issues tracing an email

Had a report of an email getting moved from inbox to junk email over and over even when the user moves it back into the inbox. My first thought is a rule they have setup on one of their devices.

Anyways, in order to check things on our end and see where the email was delivered to in the first place I went to track the email and it returns:
{#}.MAI was delivered to the postoffice connector, but there was no log entry on 8/22/2022 to indicate that it was delivered to any mailbox.
OK, thats odd, so I check the MTA and SMTP logs as well, both activity and debug since we had both enabled for another issue and still no record of this email being delivered into an inbox.

Now I start checking other emails as well and all of them are now missing delivery data.

Any ideas why emails are no longer showing where it was delivered to? Previously it showed success statys with the mailbox it was delivered to.
