When we receive mail in the Web portal, it shows the correct time of the email received in the inbox. If we hit reply to that email, it changes the senders email information in the email thread to GMT time. I attached two images. One of the correct timestamp in the inbox, and the other in the reply. Seems to be from outside mail. If I email myself within mailenable and then reply, the timestamp on the sender is correct.
