Auto response not working

Hi Support.



We have an Issue with Autoresponders. I think it is a bug in the software and would really like some assistance with this.

We have had a few customers recently reach out to us and tell us that the OOH/Auto Responder isn't working,

They are using webmail,

Steps they take - After logging into webmail - Options - Mail - Auto Response.

Set date and time to be different from last set date and save, But the change doesn't Save.

When going back into the Auto Response section the option is active, but the dates have reverted back to what was previously set.

I have confirmed this is not working by replicating these steps on a few different accounts we have access to.

We have restarted the Web server Service in mail enable

We have cleared all Cache and cookies.

We have tried it in Firefox, Chrome, Edge.

Even restarted PC

But the issue persists, and the customers are unable to make changes to the dates themselves.



Our current workaround is to get the customer to contact us, and we manually set it in the mailenable post office.

But this is not an acceptable solution.



Any assistance from your side will be appreciated.
