Agent Cleanup

I have varying agent cleanup settings depending on the postoffice (Client). I have been manually checking some of my clients and the agent is not doing its job. I'm not saying it has never worked, but it is obvious when I am not seeing it running active at least daily, when Junk is set to 7 days or 30 days and I am seeing emails in that folder that are about a year old, obviously something is not running right. No telling for how long this has not been working right, possibly for years and because no one really made it a concern no concern was raised. But I would like this fixed in the next release/version of ME please.
