454 TLS not available due to client handshaking failure

Hi, having a reception problem from an external domain, I went to check the log file.
at the IP and SMTP-IN I read "STARTTSL 454 TLS not available due to client handshaking failure"

I could not find any information on this and I am referring to some advice from you to solve the problem. The SSL certificate has not expired. It is only installed in the Personal folder, as there is no site under IIS. From MMC MailEnable I see it correctly.
Any ideas?
