OK, so older accounts all have a select/deselect all checkbox and all of the messages have a checkbox in front of them but the newer accounts do not appear to have this option and for the life of me I cannot find the setting. I thought it used to be under options in the user account but it's not there anymore.
Where is the setting to enable/disable this?
Where did all the checkboxes go?

I am seeing the same issue on a new install of 1047. No check boxes. It is not a browser issue. Tried all 3. Tried different computers. Cleared cache.
There needs to be a way to select multiple messages and to mark all as read.
