"Downgrade" from ME Professional 10 to Enterprise V9

Hi
I am running ME Professional V10 on Server A but I would like to move it to a new server B and use my previous ME Enterprise V9 on server A with around half a dozen domains and make it available as a fallover in the event of server B having any downtime.

If I uninstall ME Pro on server A and install ME Enterprise V9 will it pick up the existing config data on those few mail domains?

Any assistance gratefully accepted ...
