You should ensure that AVG is "turned off" on the server.... ie. don't run the resident Application. MailEnable calls AVG as the MTA moves messages, if you run the resident application, it may inhibit the MTA's ability to access message files. Suggestion for now is to turn Virus scanning off and see if the messages pass. We have addressed the issue with Virus Scanning bringing down the MTA in the 1.6 release.

I have a problem with AVG plug-in too. AVG doesn't seem to be executed. Mail arrives and mail can be easily downloaded by user... (Including infected attachments.) What exactly should I set? And how? In ...-agents-MTA-properties-Antivirus I have set everything I could to enable virus chceking by AVG, but nothing happens. :-/ Hlp, pls.
