Has anyone gotten the comand line scanner to work for Anti-Virus?

Now that MS had wrapped all their security packages (Windows Defender, Malicious Software Removal Tool and an Anti-Virus tool) into one free package it may be worth while to test it out in command line mode.

We could not find the results code but here is what we found at MS:

Microsoft Security Essentials does have a command line interface:

You can find it at c:\program files\microsoft security essentials\MPCMDRUN.EXE

Run it with /? to find the commands.
