Hello,
Is there a way to create an email account that sends emails to internal domains only? We have an issue with salespeople interacting with customers via email instead of our CRM.
We want to give them a general email like employee@domain.com that can only send to internally hosted domains.
Thank you,
Jason

Yes,
https://www.mailenable.com/documentation/10.0/enterprise/Mailbox_Restrictions.html
If it is greyed out, first right click on "localhost" under servers and change the policy for this (under the policies tab, at the bottom), then check at the postoffice level for the setting. If you want everyone in the postoffice to be local only then you can do it there, otherwise the link above will let you do it on a per-mailbox basis.

Re: Internal Email Only
Thank you very much. I'm certain I've overlooked it at least a dozen times in both the configuration and the manual.
Thanks for your help.
