SYMPTOMS

When trying to access the web mail interface the following .NET error is displayed:

CAUSE

Quota limits have been set for IME_ADMIN and have exceeded the limit, preventing web mail from correctly loading its pages.

RESOLUTION

Remove any quota limits for IME_ADMIN under the Quota management window within the hard drive properties.
