Outlook Connector Free/Busy Not Working

SUMMARY

Free busy fails to return schedule for users when using the Outlook Connector with Outlook 2013 that is installed with Click-to-Run.

DETAIL

The install program for the Outlook Connector does not add the registry keys to the appropriate paths. This currently affects version 1.64 and earlier of the Outlook Connector.

MORE INFORMATION

You can verify whether Outlook is installed via Click-to-Run by checking whether the following key exists in the Windows registry:

If this exists then the following registry keys need to be added or edited:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Office\15.0\ClickToRun\REGISTRY\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\SchedulingInformation\FreeBusySupport]
"SMTP"="{AA631981-DBDB-4AEC-97DD-7122A2EBD099}"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Office\15.0\ClickToRun\REGISTRY\MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\SchedulingInformation\SharedCalendarSupport]
